Join Indiana Regional Medical Center as a Social Worker - Rehab Care Department - Part Time in United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assessing, planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing social service programs in accordance with existing state, federal, and local standards as well as facility
  • established policies and procedures.
  • Assuring that the medically related emotional and social needs to the patients and families are met/maintained on an individual basis.
  • Considering the special needs and behaviors of specific age groups.

Requirements

  • BS in health
  • related field
  • Graduate curriculum (leading to a master’s degree) in an accredited school of social work preferred or has the documented equivalent in education, training, and/or experience
  • EXPERIENCE: Social work experience in acute care setting preferred
