Job Description
Concordia has an exciting opportunity for a licensed physical therapist and therapy assistants to join our Rehabilitative team at our newest location: Concordia at SpiriTrust - Sprenkle Drive in York, PA. If you are a dedicated and compassionate PT or PTA, we would love to welcome you to our team! We have Full-time or Part-time.

PT's and PTA's deliver individualized treatment to help our skilled nursing residents and patients restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities - supporting our residents’ and short-term rehab patients’ recovery, independence, and overall quality of life.

Responsibilities of PT's and PTA's
Collaborates with Interdisciplinary Team and provides family and caregiver education to improve patient quality of life
Submits timely and accurate documentation.
Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapy license or Physical Therapy Assistant license in the state of Pennsylvania.
- New graduates welcome to apply.
- Experience in inpatient rehabilitation or skilled nursing facilities is preferred.
- Ability to communicate and work collaboratively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
