About the Role

Join Braden Health LLC as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Hospitalist, Virginia in United States. Come join BradenHealth as we prepare to open Stuart Community Hospital in Patrick County, Virginia! We are in need of a provider to be our Hospitalist.

Key Responsibilities

  • Patient care management
  • managing the day
  • day care of hospitalized patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and discharge planning.
  • Coordination of care

Requirements

  • Identifies all patients using at least two identifiers verbally (name and DOB), and by checking ID bracelet
  • Follows Hospital Wide and Department Specific policies and procedures
  • Must interact with fellow physicians, guests, staff, and patients pleasantly, cooperatively, and effectively Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Ability to navigate EMR

Work Schedule

  • Full-Time position.
  • No weekends required.
