The Lead Pharmacist will serve as the on-site compliance authority, managing USP 795 and 800 program execution and maintaining inspection readiness. They will oversee CAPA programs, environmental monitoring, and ensure all operational procedures meet regulatory standards.
Candidates must hold a B.S. in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. from an ACPE-accredited institution and possess an active, unrestricted pharmacist license. A minimum of 3 years of experience in compounding pharmacy operations or pharmaceutical QA is required.
