The Behavioral Health Coordinator provides administrative support for the behavioral health authorization process, including answering calls and monitoring work queues. They assist with data entry, process authorization requests, and provide non-clinical guidance to members and providers.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of customer service or medical office experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills are required, with preference given to those with healthcare or insurance industry experience.
