This position offers weekends off. Work with Intermountain Health in Salt Lake City, Utah, United States.

Key Responsibilities

The physician will provide general outpatient pain care, treating acute and chronic conditions using fluoroscopy, ultrasound, and EMG-guided procedures. They will work within an interdisciplinary team to design customized treatment plans and provide clinical support across designated clinic locations.

Requirements

Candidates must be board certified or board eligible in PM&R and Pain Medicine, with ACGME fellowship training in pain medicine. An active, unobstructed Utah medical license or the ability to obtain one is required.
