About the Role

BAYADA Home Health Care seeks a full-time Pediatric RN Clinical Manager in Greenville, SC. This leadership role oversees pediatric home care clinical operations, supervises nursing staff, and ensures high-quality care delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise nursing staff including RNs and LPNs.
• Manage clinical operations and patient assignments.
• Conduct patient assessments and home safety evaluations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external providers.
• Participate in staff development and recruitment.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with valid SC license.
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience.
• Prior clinical supervision experience preferred.
• Trach/vent experience or willingness to learn.
