Physical Therapist- Flex/PRN Outpatient

Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist confirms referrals, performs patient assessments, and implements individualized treatment programs based on age and diagnosis, coordinating care with patients, families, and the healthcare team. Responsibilities also include documenting care, supervising PTAs and other staff, and participating in departmental and professional activities.

Requirements

Candidates must be a graduate of an approved Physical Therapy school, holding either a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience, or a Master's or Doctorate degree, and must be licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Certification in AHA BLS is required within six months of employment, along with effective interpersonal and communication skills.
