Key Responsibilities

Conduct virtual medical consultations with patients via a secure telemedicine platform
Diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions across the lifespan
Provide patient education, counseling, and evidence-based guidance on treatment plans and preventive care
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant electronic medical documentation
Comfort with technology and conducting video-based patient encounters

Requirements

Collaborate with Clinical Operations and care teams to support continuity of care and deliver an exceptional patient experience
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
National Board Certification required
Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U. S. state
Minimum two years of post-residency clinical experience preferred
Multiple active state medical licenses highly desirable
