Job Details: Job Location: Lancaster - Lancaster, WI, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Join our team as a Physical Therapist We have full time, part time and PRN options Greenfield Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our exceptional therapy team at a highly respected, comprehensive continuum-of-care senior campus in Lancaster, WI and Prairie du Chien, WI area.

Looking for a clinician who is confident in navigating complex patient presentations, fast-paced transitions of care, and interdisciplinary collaboration. You will have the opportunity to practice at the top of your license while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple levels of care.

Qualifications Graduate from an accredited school with a minimum of a bachelor's degree in physical therapy. Licensed by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a physical therapist.
