- Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager Requirements
- RN license in the state you work
- Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred
- Current driver’s license

Requirements
Candidates must hold a valid RN license in the state of practice and possess at least two years of registered nursing experience. Current CPR and BCLS certifications, along with a valid driver's license, are required.
