Key Responsibilities
The speech language pathologist evaluates patients and develops treatment plans for speech, language, voice, cognition, and swallowing disorders. They provide direct patient care, document clinical progress, and collaborate with physicians and families to establish discharge goals.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Speech Pathology or a related field. Required certifications include SLP licensure and BLS certification.
