Key Responsibilities
The Youth Residential Technician provides 24-hour clinical and therapeutic supervision for adolescents in a residential setting. Responsibilities include facilitating daily living activities, managing household functions, and providing crisis intervention as needed.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree or a high school diploma/GED with at least three years of direct care experience in a behavioral health or institutional setting. A valid driver's license and completion of specific training programs are also required.
