This position offers day shifts only. Work with Bond Vet in New York, New York, United States.

Key Responsibilities

The extern will assist with patient care, including performing physical exams, administering medications, and observing surgeries under the guidance of experienced veterinarians. They will also engage with pet parents, assist in treatment plan development, and participate in laboratory sample preparation.

Requirements

Applicants must be currently enrolled in their 3rd or 4th year of an AVMA-accredited DVM program. Candidates must possess strong communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively, and the physical capability to perform tasks such as lifting up to 40 pounds.
