About the Role
Join YMCA of Greater Cleveland Recruitment Team as a Behavioral Health Manager – $55K-$69K in United States. Key Responsibilities
- provide Behavioral Health services in YMCA branches and will continue building Behavioral Services programmi.
- manage the YMCA’s “Mental Wellness" Program” which is providing counseling and other support services in th.
- conduct engagement activities with YMCA members inviting them to join behavioral health workshops, support a.
- Provide individual counseling to YMCA members and YMCA neighborhood residents.
Requirements
- Minimum License: LISW (Licensed Social Worker), LPCC (Licensed Professional Counselor) or LICDC (Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor).
- Minimum Education: Master’s Degree Must have at least 4 years’ experience in Behavioral Health (SUD / MH) Counseling.
- Must have successful experience facilitating Behavioral Health group counseling.
- Must have knowledge of Substance Use and Mental Health Disorders and other behavioral health issues affecting youth, families, singles and older adults.
