Provide clinical supervision for a caseload of 8 children and direct oversight of 10 team members in the intensive ABA program. Ensure individualized treatment plans are implemented with fidelity and align with best practices and ethical guidelines.
Requires a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMFT, LICSW, APRN, LP, or LPCC). Candidates must have at least 2,000 hours of supervised clinical experience in the treatment of autism spectrum disorder.
