Key Responsibilities

The role is independently responsible for assessing, planning, organizing, and participating in rehabilitative programs to restore daily living skills and general independence for persons with disabilities or developmental delays. This includes gaining patient and family cooperation through competent assessment, monitoring, and effective communication, while also providing clinical supervision to assistants, aides, and students.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited occupational therapy program and possess at least two years of recent relevant experience, along with BLS certification. Essential requirements include strong critical thinking, complex problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in professional practice regulations and technology.
