Clinical Supervisor (BCBA)

Key Responsibilities

The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all clinical aspects of patient treatment, including assessment, development of treatment plans, and ongoing coaching of behavioral technicians. They must maintain a caseload of at least 10 patients and ensure 120 billable hours per month while coordinating care with stakeholders.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field and possess a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder is required, along with reliable transportation and the ability to pass a tuberculosis test.
