• Must demonstrate working understanding of HIPAA, 42-CFR Part 2, Patient Rights, and appropriate conduct.

• Must demonstrate the continued ability to create and maintain a positive culture that is respectful of patient and employee rights, consistent with Unity Health Standards of Behavior.

• must possess demonstrated knowledge, training and skills necessary and appropriate to the patient-specific population.

• must be able to set priorities and effectively delegate/coordinate interdisciplinary care based on the needs of the patient, case load, and program needs.
