Key Responsibilities
The Speech Pathologist is responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and swallowing disorders in adult patients. They also provide aural rehabilitation and implement augmentative and alternative communication systems for patients in a home health setting.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current, unencumbered state license in speech pathology and a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP). A current CPR certification is required, and at least one year of experience in speech pathology is preferred.
