Key Responsibilities
The Occupational Therapist evaluates patients to improve motor functions and reasoning abilities while teaching them to perform daily living tasks. They work within an interdisciplinary team to design and implement individualized treatment plans for patients recovering from various disabling conditions.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a graduate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program and possess a current state license. One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred, along with current CPR/BLS certification.
