Key Responsibilities

The clinician will treat infants to reshape head shapes using the DOC Band and correct ear shapes with EarWell in a pediatric outpatient setting. They are responsible for evaluating patients, developing relationships with families, and providing expert care throughout the treatment process.

Requirements

Candidates must be a licensed Occupational Therapist with 500 hours of basic orthotic fitting experience. A background in pediatrics is preferred, though a formal training and mentorship program is provided.
