About the Role

Join Octave as a partner group practice in New Jersey providing virtual and in-person mental health therapy. Focus on adult clients with stress, anxiety, and depression using evidence-based therapies like CBT and DBT.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to adults managing stress, anxiety, and depression.
• Use short-term, evidence-based approaches such as CBT or DBT.
• Offer culturally responsive care.
• See clients virtually and/or in person (own office space required).

Requirements

• At least 3 fully licensed clinicians joining Octave.
• Clinicians must be fully licensed (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, PsyD) in New Jersey.
• Good standing with licensing board.
• Minimum 1 year post-license experience (2+ preferred).
• Training in CBT, DBT, trauma-focused treatments, or similar.
• Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.

Benefits & Compensation

• Hourly rate: $73-$133 for master's level license.

This role removes administrative burdens by handling credentialing, billing, marketing, and referrals so clinicians can focus on care. Sessions must be conducted physically within the US.
