About the Role

BAYADA Home Health Care seeks a Part Time RN Clinical Supervisor for the Hyannis, MA Assistive Care team. This full-time role involves clinical management and supervision of home health aides and nursing staff across multiple counties.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct client assessments and develop care plans.
• Supervise and support Home Health Aide staff.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and ongoing training.
• Coordinate communications between clients, field staff, and clinicians.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with 2+ years experience.
• Home care experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
