The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans for students with developmental needs. They will also provide consultative services, train school staff on evidence-based practices, and monitor student progress through data analysis.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in ABA or a related field and be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. A minimum of one year of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities in a school setting is required.
