Key Responsibilities

The Registered Respiratory Therapist will evaluate and care for patients with respiratory insufficiencies by developing and implementing individualized treatment plans. They are also responsible for monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, and participating in emergency resuscitation efforts.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a valid Respiratory Care Practitioner credential from the Texas Respiratory Care Practitioners Certification Program and be a Registered Respiratory Therapist credentialed by the NBRC. Additionally, a BLS provider certification is required within 30 days of hire.
