Join Family Ties, Inc., Behavioral Health and Wellness Center as a Mental Health Therapist – In-Home & School-Based, Flexible Schedule in Georgia, United States. Family Ties provides intensive, in home and school-based assessment, counseling and community integration services for families and children. Key Responsibilities
Provide direct in-home and school-based clinical treatment and counseling to children, adolescents, and their families. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans while collaborating with internal and external systems to ensure effective care.
Requirements
Requires a master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related human services field. Candidates must have at least two years of community or home-based mental health counseling experience and hold a relevant Georgia license.
