Physical Therapist- Inpatient PRN

Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will integrate subjective and objective data to establish treatment plans using various techniques and maintain thorough, timely electronic documentation with appropriate coding and billing. They will also communicate with other disciplines and referring providers to enhance patient outcomes and actively participate in performance improvement processes.

Requirements

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy and hold a current license as a physical therapist in Wisconsin, Illinois, or both if required, along with CPR/BLS certification within 90 days of hire. The role requires some independent judgment based on the scope of practice and professional standards.
