The physical therapist will assess patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide direct care based on evaluation results. They are also responsible for documenting patient progress, supervising rehabilitation technicians, and communicating effectively with physicians and caregivers.
Candidates must hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from a CAPTE-accredited program and possess a current or eligible Virginia physical therapist license. Proficiency in outpatient orthopedic care and strong clinical reasoning skills are required for this role.
