Key Responsibilities

Provides front office operational support including greeting patients, managing telephone calls, and scheduling appointments. Responsible for patient registration, insurance verification, and collecting copayments while maintaining strict HIPAA confidentiality.

Requirements

Requires a high school diploma or GED, with a preference for graduation from a Medical Office Assistant school. Prefers at least one year of customer service experience and familiarity with medical terminology and computer applications.
