About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency required 1 Year Med/Surg or critical care experience preferred RCP - Respiratory Care Practitioner upon hire required and RRT - Registered Respiratory Therapist upon hire required and BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required and ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support ICU and Emergency Department only 90 Days required and NRP - Essential Neonatal Resuscitation Program NRP required if working in the NICU 90 Days required Good verbal communications, good interpersonal skills, and computer experience What You Will Do Review available medical records and obtain pertinent medical history from the patient or family.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an AMA-approved Respiratory Care Program and possess current RCP and RRT certifications, along with BCLS certification. One year of Med/Surg or critical care experience is preferred, and ACLS/NRP certifications are required depending on the specific unit assignment.
