Billet Health is looking for MEDICAL SOCIAL WORKERS who have the passion and heart for total patient care. Our team provides HOME HEALTH and HOSPICE care to geriatric patients through a 9- week episode.

The Medical Social Worker will assess patient needs and collaborate with the Director of Nursing to establish and implement comprehensive care plans. They will conduct home visits to provide support for geriatric patients within the home health and hospice service framework.
Candidates must hold a Master's in Social Work and possess a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and CPR/BLS certification. Additional requirements include a valid TB test and, for Arizona applicants, an AZ Level One Fingerprint Card.
