Your Qualifications

  • DDS/DMD degree
  • Active California State Dental Board license
  • Active Malpractice Insurance
  • DEA, CPR and NPI are required

Your Responsibilities Include

  • Great interaction with patients in order to promote trust and the optimal patient experience
  • Collaborating with an entire office team in order to promote trust, connection and relationship with patients and one-another
  • Understanding how PPO, HMO, and other dental plans work in order to optimize patient benefits
  • Proactively addressing patient concerns and providing insight and comfort to patients with regard to their dental treatment

Key Responsibilities

The Associate Dentist will provide comprehensive general and specialty dental services while collaborating with the office team to ensure a positive patient experience. Responsibilities include managing patient treatment plans, understanding dental insurance plans, and maintaining high standards of clinical care.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a DDS or DMD degree and possess an active California State Dental Board license. Additional requirements include active malpractice insurance, as well as valid DEA, CPR, and NPI certifications.
