Requirements

If not licensed, obtain a limited permit upon hire and successfully pass licensing exam by the end of permit period.

LMSWs pursuing LCSW licensure must complete all required supervised hours within three (3) years of full

time employment or six (6) years of part

time employment.

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

Call responsibilities required.
