Key Responsibilities

• provide services throughout the Southern Maine area.

• provide support to adults with intellectual disabilities/autism and their families; serving as an advocate,.

• develop a plan of care, initiate referrals and monitor services, while working closely with the multi-discip.

Requirements

• Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Must be able to complete agency and state mandated training programs with proficiency. Job Type: Full
