Requirements
- Works within an integrated treatment model coordinating treatment with both internal and external providers as indicated
- time; 20 hours per week, flexible schedule; open to considering full
- time placement Education/Experience: Master’s degree in social work (or similar), two (2) years of relevant experience, and LMSW or LMHC or required; LCSW preferred
