- 100% Chiropractic – Chattanooga, TN
- Full-time | 5 days/week | ~45 hours (50-hour max)
At 100% Chiropractic Chattanooga, we are building a practice where patients feel known, get better, and send the people they love. This is not a fill-in associate seat. We are hiring a seasoned Doctor of Chiropractic to work alongside the Clinic Director on the adjusting floor, run 100% systems with precision, and help grow a clinic that already serves a high volume of families in Chattanooga.
If you can sustain a serious adjusting load, close care with integrity, build a referral culture, and still jump in wherever the practice needs you — this role will pay you for that.
Why This Role Exists
The Clinic Director’s primary focus is converting the right patients to the right care plans. Your primary focus is holding the floor: exceptional adjustments, case management, and a patient experience strong enough that people refer their friends and family after working with you. Together we grow the clinic, protect the culture, and build a path toward Clinic Director responsibility and future ownership.
What You Will Do
Clinical care (primary)
- Sustainably manage a high adjusting volume (target ~200 visits/week once ramped)
- Deliver high-quality, individualized adjustments using 100% protocols
- Review and analyze X-rays to support diagnosis, care planning, and recommendations
- Use a full clinical toolkit: chiropractic adjusting, physical therapeutics and corrective exercise, laser, shockwave, spinal decompression, and doctor-directed supplementation
- Own patient case management and relationship-building so patients stay on plan and get results
- Lead or support Discovery and Empowerment sessions; target conversion is 40% when you are in that seat
- Hold financial consultations when needed and reinforce care-plan recommendations with confidence and care
- Practice systems and growth
- Implement all 100% Chiropractic systems without shortcuts
- Coordinate and run at least one community workshop per quarter
- Track and hit clinic goals; take ownership of outcomes, not just your column
Contribute to culture: pre-shift readiness, team communication (Slack) and a standard that makes patients feel like family
Occasional support anywhere the practice needs you — workshops, front desk coverage, and back-end business co-management — without dropping the clinical standard
Who You Are
- Licensed DC with at least 5 years of practice experience (Tennessee license required within 60 days of hire)
- Already proven at high-volume adjusting, care-plan conversations, and long-term case management
- Coachable, systems-driven, and willing to do what the team needs that day
- High work ethic: this is a 5-day clinical week, about 45 hours, 50-hour maximum
- Someone patients trust quickly — and refer after they work with you
- Comfortable being measured on clinic outcomes, not just hours worked
Schedule
- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 7:30am–12:00pm and 12:45pm–6:15pm
- Tuesday: 9:00am–12:00pm and 12:45pm–6:15pm
- Friday: 7:30am–1:00pm
Compensation
Guaranteed base: $85,000–$100,000 per year, based on experience and demonstrated skill
Target first-year total: $85,000 base + performance bonuses of up to $3,000 per month for a doctor who hits all clinic and production standards (approximately $121,000 total)
Top-end base ($100,000) is reserved for the doctor who already operates near Clinic Director level on volume, closing, case management, and culture.
Bonuses are tied to clinic outcomes and to your ability to grow collections. As you produce more for the practice, a larger share of your pay comes from performance — that is by design. A productive associate in this seat is expected to return 3–5x their total compensation in collections.
Benefits
- Malpractice insurance covered
- $200 per month toward health insurance (you may buy up; the difference comes from payroll)
- 15 PTO days per year, accrued (5 hours per pay period / 120 hours); up to 5 PTO days can roll over
- Paid travel for company events: flight, hotel, and $50/day meal per diem
- CE / license support (details in the offer)
Formal reviews at 60 days, 180 days, 365 days, and annually after that — with conversations on pay, bonus structure, and responsibility
Clear growth path: Clinic Director track, ownership-level conversations, and equity buy-in discussion after 3 years of proven performance, with a possible path to purchase the practice after 5 years
100% Chiropractic is an at-will employer. Hiring is contingent on agreeing to the employee handbook and completing onboarding with the Clinic Director.
We are looking for one doctor who can hold the floor, run the systems, and grow with us. If that is you, apply with your resume and a short note on the highest weekly visit volume you have sustained and how you close care.
