Occupational Therapist - Supplemental/PRN

Key Responsibilities

The Occupational Therapist is responsible for performing comprehensive, age-specific assessments, developing plans of care, and providing treatment using various modalities to restore optimal patient mobility and function across inpatient, outpatient, home health, and sub-acute settings. This role also involves educating patients and families, delegating and supervising supportive staff, and participating in departmental operational improvements.

Requirements

Candidates must have obtained or be eligible for a degree in Occupational Therapy, with a Master's degree preferred, and must hold or be eligible for an Occupational Therapy License in Wisconsin, along with current BLS certification. Required abilities include strong English communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and understanding of Physical Medicine, anatomy, and physiology.
