Join Workit Health as a Addiction Medicine NP/PA – Remote, 4-Day Week in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Co-facilitate virtual shared medical appointments and individual appointments by providing clinical assessments, treatments, and medication management.

Conduct new patient evaluations.

Make appropriate assessments, treatment plans, and referrals for patient problems.

Prescribe and monitor medications for opioid use disorder and alcohol use disorder.

Requirements

1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Active Michigan State Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in good standing.

Pay range $140,000—$150,000 USD.

35 days PTO.

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

Remote position - work from anywhere.

Day shift only - no nights.
