Join Kitsap Mental Health Services as a Mental Health Professional Residential Program in United States. Mental Health Professional (MHP) – Residential Services Hiring Range: $32.53 - $40.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and organize admissions in collaboration with the Residential Services Supervisor and Recovery Case Manager, including intake interviews and history review.
- Lead weekly Residential Services clinical team meetings and support treatment planning discussions.
- Collaborate with Adult Outpatient (AOP) treatment teams to implement and amend integrated treatment plans.
- Develop individualized safety plans and residential goals with residents as needed.
Requirements
- Maintain relationships with collateral contacts and serve as a psychosocial advocate for residents.
- Monitor resident progress and collaborate on discharge planning to support timely transitions back to the community.
