The BCBA is responsible for the assessment, development, and ongoing supervision of individualized ABA programs for children with autism. They also provide leadership to ABA therapists and RBTs while ensuring high-quality clinical programming and family collaboration.
Candidates must hold a master's degree in a related field and possess a current BCBA certification in good standing. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience providing ABA therapy to children with developmental disabilities is required.
