Behavioral Health Consultant- Comprehensive Weight Management- LPC/ LCSW

Key Responsibilities

The Behavioral Health Consultant will provide evidence-based behavioral health assessments and interventions within a primary care setting using the PCBH model. They will collaborate with medical teams to support patient treatment planning and monitor progress for patients ranging from toddlers to adults.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work, or a Doctorate in Psychology, and possess a valid license in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. At least one year of experience in a behavioral health setting is required.
