Join Easterseals New Jersey as a Residential Supervisor (Mental Health Group Homes) Somerset & Hunterdon Counties in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations across multiple residential sites, ensuring compliance with licensing standards.

Manage the residential budget, staff schedules, and overtime.

Monitor fiscal, medical, and personal documentation for accuracy.

Participate in Inter-Disciplinary Team (IDT) meetings and Individual Habilitation Plan (IHP) development.
