Co-Therapist In-Home

Key Responsibilities

The co-therapist provides in-home outreach therapy, case management, and crisis intervention for children and adolescents. They are responsible for linking families to community resources, monitoring consumer progress, and assisting in the development of individualized service plans.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in a mental health discipline and obtain state-required case management certification within six months. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are mandatory for this role.
