The clinician will provide specialized pediatric care by treating infants to reshape head shapes using the DOC Band and correcting ear shapes with EarWell. They are responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and building strong relationships with families throughout the treatment process.
Candidates must be a licensed Physical Therapist with at least 500 hours of basic orthotic fitting experience. While pediatric experience is preferred, the company provides a formal training and mentorship program for the right candidate.
