Job description
Join Inova Health System as a Respiratory Therapist 1 – Night Shift, Sign-On Bonus in Falls Church, Virginia, United States. Inova Fairfax Hospital is seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist 1 to join the team. This role will be Full-Time 36 hours per week 7:00PM to 7:00AM with weekends.

Key Responsibilities
The Respiratory Therapist administers advanced respiratory therapeutic interventions and manages mechanical ventilation for patients. They are responsible for developing ventilator care plans and formulating patient care plans based on diagnostic data and physiologic profiles.
Requirements
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited CoArc respiratory program and hold a current Virginia RT license. Additional requirements include CRT certification and BLS certification from the AHA upon start.
