Nuclear Pharmacist

Key Responsibilities

The Nuclear Pharmacist is responsible for the accurate preparation and dispensing of radiopharmaceuticals while supervising shift activities and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. They also manage laboratory cleanliness, equipment testing, and the safe handling and disposal of hazardous materials.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and be licensed or eligible for licensure. Previous experience in sterile compounding or radiopharmaceuticals and a clean room environment is preferred, along with the ability to work on-call.
