Key Responsibilities
- The Behavioral Health Services Manager will be responsible for clinical, operational, and fiscal activities of the Mental Health departments.
- Required to apply frequently a set of management principles to these operations.
- Must be capable of independent judgment and decision making in the areas of budget, personnel, patient services, and administrative or professional programs.
- Has responsibility for overall clinical quality and performance improvement programs.
Requirements
- Masters degree in psychology, social work or other mental health related field.
- Three years post masters leadership experience in addictions and behavioral health programs or activities.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state regulatory standards.
