Key Responsibilities

• The Behavioral Health Services Manager will be responsible for clinical, operational, and fiscal activities of the Mental Health departments.

• Required to apply frequently a set of management principles to these operations.

• Must be capable of independent judgment and decision making in the areas of budget, personnel, patient services, and administrative or professional programs.

• Has responsibility for overall clinical quality and performance improvement programs.

Requirements

• Masters degree in psychology, social work or other mental health related field.

• Three years post masters leadership experience in addictions and behavioral health programs or activities.

• Good written and oral communication skills.

• Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state regulatory standards.
