We have been a cornerstone of this community and the surrounding area in northeast Indiana dating back to 1926.

Key Responsibilities

Supervises rehabilitation aide and Physical Therapist’s Assistants without conducting performance evaluations.

May supervise PT or PTA students including conducting performance evaluations following 1 year of work experience.

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor's Degree graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND PERFORMANCE STANDARDS Evaluation and treatment of all patients referred for Physical Therapy, which may include inpatients and outpatients.

Demonstrates proficient use of hospital required computer programs.

Takes responsibility for patient’s insurance authorization to ensure financial reimbursement.

Work Schedule

Part-Time position.

Day shift only - no nights.
