Telehealth Emergency Medicine PA/NP – (Remote)

About the Role

Join Cityblock Health as a Telehealth Emergency Medicine PA or NP. Work remotely on a Mobile Integrated Care team providing 24/7 virtual urgent care with the ability to deploy community care clinicians to patient homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver acute care in a collaborative interdisciplinary team.
• Develop treatment plans and address acute needs via phone or video.
• Collaborate with physicians and community care clinicians.
• Participate in model development and innovation.
• Work rotating shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Licensed in at least three specified states.
• 3+ years emergency medicine APP experience.
• Experience in acute clinical care and urgent care settings.
• Bachelor’s degree.
